The distributors of the HDPE Ladtech Adjusting Rings are authorized to replace any ring, which is damaged in any way, due to material defect, or handling by the manufacturer, distributor, contractor or Municipality. Simply return the rings to your distributor for credit or new rings. |
Full Five Year Limited Warranty |

Ladtech Inc. warrants the adjusting ring for FIVE years against defects in materials in the adjusting ring from the date of installation. Ladtech Inc. shall replace any defective HDPE adjusting rings for five years from date of installation upon receipt of prior approval from Ladtech Inc. Calls to obtain prior approval to replace a defective adjusting ring shall be made to 1-651-415-1252. Ladtech Inc will pay for the cost to dig up and restore the area where the damaged ring is located. This Limited Warranty covers adjusting ring defects in materials only. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary, from state to state. |

After five-year warranty Ladtech Inc. Will replace any defective HDPE adjusting rings at no charge to the customer for a period of five years. Call Ladtech Inc at 1-651-415-1252 and receive authorization to get adjusting rings replaced at no-charge. |
